Goede Hoop Vrugte- Training
and development program
Goede
Hoop Vrugte believes in empowering the employees from previously
disadvantaged communities. Along with the NATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE we
will be training 128 of the 180 workforce at Goede Hoop Vrugte.
All
programs are 100% part of Black Economic Empowerment (BEE).

Supermarket programs require that the supervisor leads and motivates the
team in an effective manner so that, if a change-over takes place, it could
happen without loss of time.

The
multi-skills training will provide the means through which the existing
staff can become better equipped and skilled to complete the challenges
facing this packing operation.
